Before We Talk About Healing, We Need to Talk About Capacity.
What if harm reduction begins before the journey, by increasing a person's capacity to
navigate intensity, unpredictability, and unfamiliar internal sensations?
Conventional psychedelic preparation often emphasizes intention setting, education,
contraindication screening, and expectations. Yet an equally important question deserves attention: Does this nervous system have the capacity to remain oriented and
responsive when the experience becomes intense or unpredictable?
Through nervous system preparation and sensory training, we can cultivate greater
interoceptive awareness, recognize protective responses, strengthen access to agency, and develop familiarity with moving between activation states.
Not every nervous system needs the same preparation. And not every nervous system needs a psychedelic experience.
Sometimes preparation builds capacity. Sometimes it reveals that the medicine is not the right intervention for this person, at this time.
Where Neuroscience Meets Human Experience
My work bridges neuroscience, somatic intelligence, and the lived experience of human adaptation, bringing a nervous system-informed perspective into conversations about psychedelics, healing, consciousness, and human potential.
Through speaking engagements, educational partnerships, and collaborations with established training programs, I translate complex neuroscience into practical understanding that supports more informed, responsive, and ethical approaches to working with people.
Meaningful progress in this field requires more than new modalities. It requires a deeper understanding of human adaptation, the complexity of nervous system responses, and the responsibility that comes with guiding others.
We need practitioners who understand why, when, and for whom. The future of this work depends on our capacity to think beyond protocols and understand the nervous system in front of us.
Advancing the Conversation.
Expanding What's Possible
Through speaking, educational collaborations, practitioner mentorship, and public conversations, I bring nervous system science into spaces where new understanding can shape how we learn, practice, and grow.

Speaking & Educational Partnerships
Bringing Neurosomatic Intelligence, psychedelic neuroscience, and nervous system-informed education into conferences, established training programs, and professional learning environments.

Media and Public Education
Expanding conversations about psychedelics, consciousness, trauma, and human adaptation through Trauma Rewired, Sacred Synapse, interviews, and public education.

NSI Mentorship
Individualized mentorship for NSI-trained practitioners seeking to deepen their clinical reasoning, explore complex cases, and strengthen their ability to apply neurosomatic principles with discernment.
